1. WHEN A SON WENT DINING WITH HIS FATHER
When A Son Went Dining With Father, Here’s Something He Left behind…
A son took his old father to a restaurant for an evening dinner. Father being very old and weak while eating dropped food on his shirt and trouser. Other diners watched him in disgust while his son was calm.
After he finished eating, his son who was not at all embarrassed, quietly took him to the wash room, wiped the food particles, removed the stains, combed his hair and fitted his spectacles firmly. When they came out, the entire restaurant was watching them in dead silence, not able to grasp how someone could embarrass themselves publicly like that. The son settled the bill and started walking out with his father.
At that time, an old man amongst the diners called out to the son and asked him, “Don’t you think you have left something behind?”
The son replied, “No sir, I haven’t”.
The old man retorted, “Yes, you have! You left a lesson for every son and hope for every father”.
The restaurant went silent.
Moral: To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors. We all know how our parents cared for us for every little thing when we have no idea of what the future hold. Love them, respect them, and care for them.

Once he received a call from old age home….Mom very serious… Please come to visit. Son went and saw mom very critical, on her dying bed.
He asked: Mom what can I do for you.
Mom replied… “Please install fans in the old age home, there are none…. Also put a fridge for betterment of food because many times I slept without food”.
Son was surprised and asked: mom, while you were here you never complained, now you have few hours left and you are telling me all this, why?
Mom replied…..”It’s OK dear, I’ve managed with the heat, hunger & pain, but when your children will send you here, I am afraid you will not be able to manage.
Take Care of your parent in their old age as the world is rotating so does everything. Whatever you give to them now you will surely receive from your children.

3. WHEN I WAS A YOUNG MAN
"When I was a young man, I wanted to change the world. I found it was difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation.
When I found I couldn't change the nation, I began to focus on my town. I couldn't change the town and as an older man, I tried to change my family.
Now, as an old man, I realize the only thing I can only change is myself, and suddenly I realize that if long ago I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family. My family and I could have made some impacts on our town. My town impacts could have changed the nation and I could indeed have changed the world."
What change do you wish for country? Let that change start from you that is when it can have a ripple effect on our families, communities and the country at large.
